Occasionally you may receive an error message in Bella FSM which asks you to try clearing your history. We often update the software to better improve the product. Internet browsers will store web pages and sometimes your browser will use outdated pages causing an error message. If you are using Chrome, please follow the steps below to clear the history if you see this message:
Clearing Chrome Browser History
- To clear Chrome browser history click the three dots icon in the upper right corner of Chrome:
- When the menu opens click ‘History’:
- When the submenus open click the 2nd ‘History’ (We agree with you! Google should change the name of the second history menu!):
- A new browser tab will open then click ‘Clear browsing data’:
- The Clear browsing data pop-up will open then click ‘Advanced’ then select the first four options (do not click ‘Clear data’ yet):
- Scroll down in the pop-up and select the last three options (you do not need to select ‘Passwords and other sign-in data’. Then click ‘Clear data’:
