Occasionally you may receive an error message in Bella FSM which asks you to try clearing your history. We often update the software to better improve the product. Internet browsers will store web pages and sometimes your browser will use outdated pages causing an error message. If you are using Firefox, please follow the steps below to clear the history.
Clearing Firefox Browser History
- To clear your browser history in Firefox click the vertical bars icon in the upper right corner of Firefox:
- Then click ‘History’:
- Then click ‘Clear Recent History’:
- Then select ‘Everything’ for time range, then select every checkbox, then click ‘Clear Now’:
